Peter has been a pastry chef for over 30 years, owning Pie Haus for about 11 years. Originally born in Switzerland, you can tell his passion for what he does, which at the end of the day is what results in quality food. Before Pie Haus, Peter owned another hidden treasure in Melbourne, Swiss Patiss. In this shop a glass cabinet full of delicate chocolates, petit fours, biscuits as well as croissants that would melt in your mouth. Swiss Patiss was owned by Peter for 15 years on Toorak Rd, South Yarra.Pie Haus is more convenience meals but still with a gourmet aspect. “We aim to always use the best quality ingredients and make a, classic Australian fast food product in to a gourmet meal”.
